Quality Team Manager is responsible for driving a Quality-First Culture across the SOM function. This role leads a team responsible for the review, validation, and continuous improvement of processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, data integrity, and timely resolution of defects. The role requires strong analytical thinking, stake-holder partnership, process excellence, and the ability to mentor and uplift team capability. Key

Responsibilities

1.Quality Review & Assurance Lead daily/weekly quality checks for Customer Admin Activity, Cases, Compliance Tickets, and entitlement activities. Review flagged errors from the Business Rules Engine and ensure timely investigation and resolution. Prioritizes and sponsors large-scale improvement & automation initiatives Leads governance forums, collaborator alignment, and decision-making Ensure adherence to SOPs, documentation standards, and quality benchmarks. Owns quality metrics, reporting, and leadership dashboards 2. Leadership & Coaching Lead and mentor a team of Quality Specialists. Set clear goals, review performance, and drive accountability. Provide continuous feedback, training, and support to uplift technical and process capability. Develop a culture of open communication, continuous learning, and speak-up. Drives shift from reactive → predictive quality using data analytics. 3. Process Perfection & Improvement Identify recurring defects, root causes, and systemic issues. Partner with Operations Leads, Engineering and SMEs to eliminate waste and reduce rework. Support planning of BRE release cycles, Timely completion of tasks like Creation of Business Requirement Document, build, testing, and rollout of new rules, workflows, and automation opportunities. Maintain documentation, SOP updates, and control mechanisms. 4. Customer & Governance Management Publish weekly/monthly quality dashboards and insights. Drive governance conversations with Senior Leaders and Stakeholders. Represent the Quality function in workflow calibration sessions, audits, and cross-team reviews. 5. Metrics Ownership Own and drive Quality metrics including:Error-rate (Input & Output Quality)Rework %Compliance adherenceSLA/turnaround time metrics related to quality failures Ensure that quality outcomes directly support revenue enablement and customer experience. Experience

Technical & Functional

Experience

in Sales Order Management, Commercial Operations, Finance. Strong understanding of CAA, Cases, compliance workflows, and entitlement processes. Ability to read and interpret sophisticated orders Leadership & Behavioral Proven record to lead and empower the team. Strong communication, mentor, and feedback skills. High attention to detail and structured problem-solving. Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across teams. Calm under pressure; able to priorities and make balanced decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Quality certifications (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) preferred.
