Responsibilities
Performs all duties associated with the procurement of parts and materials, including tracking, storage, delivery, pickup and physical receiving. Creates and approves transactions in the financial system including purchase orders, change orders, blanket orders, check requests, budget adjustments, ID’s and journals. Communicates and coordinates with customers, project stakeholders and departments and relays/resolves issues as they arise. Monitors the account balances for funds and communicates account balances with managers as needed. Serves as department liaison regarding procurement processes and policies. Conducts inventory spot checks and tool inventories. Performs other duties as assigned
