Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for: Specialist Finance (Billing team BULK stream) Type of employment: permanent Location: Riga, Latvia Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) WHAT YOU’LL DO Work with Customer daily and periodic Billing processes; Process ad-hoc Debit/Credit Billing; Take part in month end closing processes according to reporting schedule; Respond to customers' queries; Perform other department’s tasks according to manager’s assignment; Handle internal and external requests; Participate in improvement projects. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Higher education in economics / finance (as advantage); Experience in accounting; Good computer skills (MS Office); General understanding of ERP systems; Fluent English (to communicate successfully with colleagues abroad); Very good communication and collaboration skills; Precise, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality; Improvement driven and good team player.
