Be developed by the Management Team to coach and motivate the team whilst restocking, merchandising and driving sales while sharing your knowledge of the great outdoors! ABOUT THE ROLE… The Manager in Training will be part of the store management team and will be developed by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to effectively coach and motivate the team across all aspects of the sales and the customer service process. As Manager in Training, your main responsibilities will be to work closely with the Store Management team across: Sales Performance and Targets Visual Merchandising Management of Inventory People Management ABOUT YOU… We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun and family.
