Job Title Scrum Master - I Job Description Job title: Scrum Master I Key Areas of Responsibilities: • Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the Team using various tools, such as the Scrum Boards and other information radiators. • Facilitates Agile ceremonies such as Sprint / PI Planning readiness, by fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and through pre- and post-PI Planning meetings • Works with Program/Product Management, Product Owners, Software Leaders, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment. • Assists tracking the execution of features and capabilities. • Helps manage risks, dependencies and conflicts and escalates and tracks impediments w.r.t project/scrum teams. • Provides transparency and radiates status reports through to all relevant stakeholders and supports related activities. • Drives continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assesses the agility level of the Team and helps them improve. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Act as an agile coach for the team. Key Skills/Competencies: • Bachelors with overall 8-12 yrs. of IT industry experience • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a SCRUM Master in a scaled environment with experience in the healthcare domain • Must have at least 5 years of experience working through the design, development, testing, release cycle and delivering software products to market. • Working experience in agile/SAFe development methodologies • Expertise in estimation and planning for creation of useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects. • Good people management skills with proven experience in leading scrum teams and implementing software engineering best practices. • Good understanding of benchmark software engineering practices. • Good to have - knowledge of DICOM/HL7/FHIR • Good to have - Certified Scrum Master certification How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
