Duties
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Enroll students/ clients in adult education program and or services • Administer pre- and post- assessments to students of T.A.B.E. or Oral Best • Input student records into online data management system (LACES) • Maintain student and departmental records • Answer phones and disseminate program information • File management • Copy materials • Administer GED Readiness and GED Official examinations (when applicable). Monitor and manage distance learning system hours (AZTEC, Essential Education, Burlington English) • Complete intake process including barrier assessments, entrance, and exit surveys • Monitor, manage, and create test tickets in DRC Literacy Pro System • Manage and disseminate minutes for staff, advisory board, and other meetings as applicable • Assist with student retention management • Manage departmental computer check out system • Works closely with Instructors, SNAP E & T, Career Coaches, and WAGE Coordinators • Works closely with UAPTC Student Services and testing center • Complete all of job duties as assigned and or applicable Act as the back-up GED Proctor when applicable. Act as Director's Assistant when applicable.
