Lead Digital Product Owner (SG24) Job Purpose The Digital Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital product capabilities that drive business value across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Enterprise Data, and Digital Platforms. This role serves as the voice of the customer, owns the product roadmap and backlog, and partners closely with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, software engineers, and Agile delivery teams to deliver scalable digital solutions. The Product Owner is empowered to make product decisions and maximize value realization from digital investments. Key

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes. Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver high-value digital capabilities. Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and release planning activities. Make prioritization decisions balancing business value, technical feasibility, risk, and delivery timelines. Engage stakeholders across business functions and technology teams to gather requirements and manage expectations. Validate delivered functionality and formally accept completed features and releases. Drive adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement through product metrics and user feedback. Champion Agile, Lean Product Management, and customer-centric product development practices. Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of overall experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery. 5+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum product delivery environments. Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle and product backlogs. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Experience

working with Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, Aha!, or similar Agile delivery tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent certification.

Experience

with Manufacturing Digital Platforms, Industrial IoT, Supply Chain Systems, or Connected Asset solutions. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Experience

working with enterprise data platforms, Snowflake, data products, AI/ML, and analytics solutions.

Experience

leading globally distributed product and engineering teams. Understanding of DevOps, DataOps, MLOps, product analytics, and modern software engineering practices.
