Responsibilities
This position is part of a team responsible for Ad creation & modification on Google Ads Platforms. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns based on inputs received from various stakeholders This role works closely with Account Managers, Advertisers, Creative Agencies, Publishers, Post Production Developers, Quality Assurance Specialists and Live Issue Support Specialists in a consultative manner. It requires great customer service skills and associates should be able to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively through chat, email and occasionally voice with account managers, advertisers, creative agencies and publishers to address issues in a timely manner Understanding client requirements and accurately implementing them with stringent quality parameters Handling queries/troubleshooting on assigned cases within the Service Level Agreement Work independently with minimal supervision with attention to detail, proactively communicate issues and seek inputs for remediation Minimum
Qualifications
2-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing Operations (Content / Campaign Management / Optimization) Strong verbal and written communication skills with top tier multitasking and analytical skills
Experience
in working on digital marketing products like Google AdWords, DBM and Google Analytics (PPC ROI tracking) with knowledge of various online advertising models (Search, Display, Apps, Video) and revenue models (like Pay per click, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per View and/or Cost Per Acquisition) Proven ability to make decisions based on the best interests of customers, as well as the technical escalations team Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Highly responsive and productive under time pressure, able to consistently deal with high volumes and prioritize the work accordingly Above average excel skills (vlookups, string functions, logical functions & pivot tables)
