Job description

Operating Model Design Lead the design and establishment of a centralized team for sponsorship operations, including scope, service offerings, delivery model, and implementation roadmap. Analyze historical activity volumes, sponsorship demand patterns, process performance, resource utilization, and stakeholder needs to inform operating model design and staffing requirements. Develop the target operating model for sponsorship central operations, including service boundaries, workflow ownership, handoffs, governance model, escalation pathways, and collaboration mechanisms. Define the proposed team structure, role layers, reporting lines, span of control, team size assumptions, workload distribution, and required capabilities based on business demand and operating needs. Define role profiles, core competencies, experience requirements, and capability expectations for team members across different levels within the new central operations model. Project Implementation & Change Management Develop a practical implementation plan for launching the central operations team, including transition approach, milestones, dependencies, change impacts, and risk mitigation actions. Lead the implementation of the sponsorship central operations model from planning through rollout, including mobilizing stakeholders, coordinating workstreams, managing timelines and dependencies, tracking milestones, resolving issues, and ensuring successful delivery of agreed objectives. Oversee transition planning and execution, including handover activities, stakeholder readiness, role activation, training coordination, communication planning, and adoption support for new ways of working. Facilitate workshops, gather input, challenge assumptions, and build alignment among leadership and operational stakeholders on the future-state design Governance and Oversight Support the design of governance structures, decision rights, approval flows, service standards, KPIs, and oversight mechanisms for sponsorship operations. Partner with relevant functions such as medical, compliance, legal, procurement, finance, HR, and business operations to align on the operating model, process design, governance expectations, and resource assumptions. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve the sponsorship operating model to drive efficiency, quality, transparency, and scalability.
