Minimum
Qualifications
(Education, Experience, and Skills): 2 Year Degree in technical discipline with 0 years related work experience OR a minimum of 4-years of related work experience Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Ability to read mechanical prints and perform measurements according to prints and specifications Knowledge of the Quality System (part approval, corrective/preventive actions) Knowledge of calibration systems with contractual requirements Highly efficient with personal computers and common applications such as Windows, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, MSProject, Minitab.

Experience
using laboratory equipment (Scanning Electron Microscope-material analysis, Automated Vision Measurement, X-Ray, Microscope, Environmental test equipment-reliability testing)

with Quality Management Systems (TS-16949) Ability to program and operate machines such as Mitutoyo CMM using MCOSMOS and MiCAT or Vision system using GEOPAK software Key
Responsibilities
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing — Read, interpret, and make objective decisions based on GD&T requirements. Metrology Programming — Develop and write measurement programs for CMM systems (MCOSMOS, MiCAT) and vision systems (GEOPAK) to accurately evaluate components. Reporting & Documentation — Generate clear, concise, and accurate reports based on specifications and collected measurement data. Inspection & Measurement — Inspect, test, and measure products, components, and materials using analytical equipment and precision hand gages. Gage Calibration Management — Maintain the gage calibration system, including Gagetrak software administration and coordination with external calibration providers. Team Support & Collaboration — Assist team members with new model development, customer requirements, and internal quality or engineering projects.
