Typical Accountabilities Be the master of external funding management process and principle. Support routine external funding project review report development including project tracking & analysis, HCO and COC audit analysis and etc. Provide insight and recommendation to management team on external funding management including business decision, operation improvement and risk finding/mitigation Support project coordination and PMO activities including timeline tracking, action follow-up, meeting support, documentation and stakeholder communication Identify and drive opportunities for process optimization and simplification, improving efficiency, transparency and user experience in external funding management. Collaborate with business team, enabling functions and external vendors on end to end external funding system development to meet evolving management needs Lead EFM system BAU work on business side including master data management, yearly version management and etc. Provide routine EFM related training to internal and external customers Education, Qualifications, Skills and

& Skill: 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management. Strategic thinking and business acumen, able to link project delivery to overall organizational objectives and support decision-making with relevant data and insights. Strong Analytical and reporting capabilities, including proficiency in project data analysis, dashboarding, and performance measurement. Good stakeholder management and communication abilities, with confidence to engage senior executive levels as well as with working teams, facilitating alignment and conflict resolution. Good project, program and portfolio management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, often under tight deadlines, are needed. Change management expertise, enabling successful transformation initiatives, adoption of new methodologies, and continuous improvement within the PMO and wider business. Good knowledge of company operating principles and metrics and previous experience in relevant roles. Good command on both English and Mandarin for oral and written.
