Responsibilities
Property Operations & Asset Management Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of logistics facilities across the portfolio. Manage asset performance from an owner's perspective, focusing on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation. Monitor property operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and asset performance. Partner with facility management providers to ensure effective building operations and maintenance. Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship manager for tenants and customers throughout the lease lifecycle. Support customer onboarding, ongoing tenant engagement, renewals, and retention initiatives. Understand customer business requirements and develop solutions that enhance tenant satisfaction and long-term occupancy. Build trusted partnerships with customers and proactively address operational challenges and opportunities. Value Creation & Strategic Initiatives Develop and implement value-enhancement initiatives designed to improve asset competitiveness and increase NOI. Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and enhance the operational performance of existing properties. Participate in planning and execution of capital improvement programs and asset enhancement projects. Support the development and implementation of new services and operational initiatives that create additional value for customers and stakeholders. Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide operational expertise and customer insights to new development projects. Partner with Development, Leasing, Investment Management, Construction, and other internal teams to optimize project planning and execution. Contribute operational feedback to support future product design, functionality, and customer experience improvements. Participate in cross-functional initiatives that support portfolio growth and operational excellence. ESG & Community Engagement Support and drive ESG initiatives, including renewable energy solutions, sustainability programs, and community engagement activities. Participate in large-scale mixed-use logistics developments and town management initiatives, including ALFALINK projects. Collaborate with local communities, municipalities, and external stakeholders to strengthen community relationships and create shared value. Identify new opportunities to generate revenue through sustainability and operational solutions. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage third-party facility management companies and service providers. Monitor vendor performance and ensure operational standards are consistently achieved. Coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders to successfully execute operational, capital, and strategic initiatives. Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
Experience
in the management and operation of commercial real estate assets, including logistics, office, retail, industrial, or similar properties. Alternatively, experience in facility management or building operations within a logistics or related industry. Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred

Asset Management experience involving operational oversight of commercial real estate assets.
Experience
managing repairs, maintenance programs, or construction-related projects.
Experience
