Position Summary You will deliver accurate and compliant payroll for GSK colleagues in Egypt. You will run end-to-end payroll activities, support audits and resolve employee queries. You will work closely with HR, Finance, external providers and regional payroll leads. We value clear communicators who care about data accuracy, continuous improvement and teamwork. Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Process end-to-end payroll for employees and contractors in Egypt, ensuring accurate calculations and on-time payments. - Prepare payroll month-end close tasks, reconciliations and regular payroll reports for Finance and auditors. - Maintain payroll records and support statutory reporting, year-end filings and social insurance notifications. - Respond to payroll queries from employees, managers and internal teams with timely, clear and confidential communication. - Work with external payroll providers, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local labour, tax and social security rules. - Contribute to payroll system configuration, testing and process improvement initiatives. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on payroll experience in Egypt or comparable local payroll experience. - Good knowledge of Egyptian labour law, payroll tax and social insurance rules. - Degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, HR or related field. - Strong Excel skills and experience preparing reconciliations and payroll reports. - Good communication skills in Arabic and English, written and spoken. - High level of accuracy, confidentiality and ability to meet strict deadlines. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: -

Experience

with HR systems such as Workday, SAP or local payroll software. -

Experience

working with external payroll providers or in a shared service environment. - Exposure to payroll transformation, automation or controls projects. - Familiarity with payroll audits, statutory filings and month-end close processes. - Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, Finance and external partners. - Proactive mindset, detail orientation and a drive to simplify processes. Working model This role is on-site in Egypt. Hybrid or remote arrangements are not available for this position. Occasional local or regional travel may be required.
