Position Summary: Defines current and future target markets and strategic positioning within those and evaluates opportunities through partnerships and alliances in Laser Chip market Maintain Laser Chip products and drive internal team to reach the cost target and the margin Create, maintain, and release technical datasheets and product documentation Respond to technical questions from sales, field applications engineers (FAEs), and customers Manage customer sample requests and engineering sample logistics, including tracking and reporting Coordinate internal product releases, changes, and phase-outs through PCNs (Product Change Notices) and PDNs (Product Discontinuation Notices) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product readiness, timelines, and deliverables Track and organize product-related issues and drive closure with relevant teams
Responsibilities
Ability to organize teams across multiple functions Work with a larger sales team to provide global coverage to large accounts Develop business and account strategy Negotiate complex sales Develop design pipeline for next generation designs Monitor the shipments and delivery performance. Work with customer and internally to resolve any issues. Meet or exceed annual quota and business objectives
Qualifications
Fluent with Japanese Business-level English proficiency : TOEIC 800 level / intermediate or above Engineering Bachelor degree
Experience
in Semiconductor industry for more than 5years
Experience
in PLM, Sales or FAE Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to effectively manage multiple goals and priorities Team Player
