As an Associate Sales Representative, you will partner with an experienced Sales Representative(s) to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth. This field-based position provides exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development. About the Business: Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) Our ENT portfolio includes technologies and solutions used in both operating room and office-based procedures, supporting physicians in delivering safe and effective patient care. ENT Product Portfolio: Stryker | ENT What You Will Do Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory. Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings. Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience. Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory. Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements. Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives. Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement. What You Will Need Required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.
Experience
managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities. Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.
Experience
supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
