Understand EHS policy & requirements and complies to the safety standards in place Undergoes training for Safety risk assessment, Heatmap & SoD and demonstrates it in operations to maintain safe workplace conditions. Identifies hazards, unsafe condition/acts and reports the safety concerns to implement controls Understands & follows the lift plan to operate EOT cranes in daily operations Follows Quality policy and demonstrates zero defect mindset/first time right approach Demonstrates multi skilling & trains the other members Participate in quality control inspections and reports any non-conformance found Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, standard work and process aid sheets Maintains daily production output & reports the issues proactively in meetings Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams Maintains assets/tooling inventory Understands & follows the lean manufacturing standards implemented such as 5S, standard work, visual management, daily management Identifies the issues & actively participates to implement the kaizens Qualifications/
Requirements
High School Diploma with 4 years of manufacturing experience in wind turbine industry Demonstrated ability to follow safety first & zero-defect mindset Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership Experienced in operating heavy lift EOT cranes
Preferred Qualifications
