■ 職務内容 / Job Description This role reports to the Head of TA Corporate Affairs and is responsible for Oncology therapy area and product communications across assigned products and franchises, covering both internal and external product communications. As TA Corporate Affairs brings together multiple areas of expertise, this role owns the communications expertise within the team and acts as a communications business partner to Oncology Franchise Heads, Brand Teams, and relevant cross-functional stakeholders. The role also has communications responsibility for the Oncology portfolio of new modalities, including emerging platforms and treatment approaches. The role aligns communications with Oncology product strategy, brand priorities, BSP, launch milestones, lifecycle priorities, and business objectives. It identifies product communication issues and opportunities, develops strategy and KPIs, leads execution end-to-end, and collaborates with Media Relations and Digital Communications to ensure effective positioning across relevant channels. 【Oncology TA / Product Communications Strategy and Execution】 • Develop and execute integrated internal and external communications strategies for assigned Oncology products, franchises, and the therapy area • Translate Oncology product strategy, brand priorities, BSP, launch plans, lifecycle priorities, new-modality portfolio priorities, and business issues into communication objectives, messages, KPIs, and execution plans • Lead communications for the Oncology new-modality portfolio, including emerging platforms and treatment approaches, by building understanding of their scientific value, patient impact, market-entry milestones, and reputation implications among internal and external stakeholders • Identify product-specific communication challenges, opportunities, stakeholder perceptions, and reputation implications, and recommend appropriate actions • Lead Oncology product communications end-to-end, including planning, message development, stakeholder alignment, approval coordination, execution, KPI tracking, and improvement • Participate in Oncology product, franchise, Brand Team, launch, and business planning meetings as a communications business partner • Partner with Media Relations and Digital Communications to provide Oncology product, therapy area, business, stakeholder, media, and digital insights, and adapt messages for relevant channels • Create and coordinate core communications materials, including key messages, Q&As, internal announcements, leadership messages, briefing materials, disease awareness content, and presentation materials • Ensure communications activities are aligned with company policies, compliance requirements, industry codes, global guidance, and local business priorities • Provide communications expertise and advice to D-level Associates within the TA Corporate Affairs team as appropriate, including when assigned therapeutic areas, products, or topics differ ■ 応募資格(経験、資格等) / Qualification (
