About this Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer to support and enhance critical enterprise messaging, collaboration, and regulated communication platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring platform reliability, operational excellence, service resiliency, and continuous improvement across globally distributed environments. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical expertise, lead operational initiatives, drive automation opportunities, and collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. Bachelor’s degree holder with 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, infrastructure platforms, and mission-critical production environments Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, Azure, enterprise messaging platforms, and monitoring/observability tools Proven background in incident management, operational support, automation, troubleshooting, and process improvement within large-scale enterprise environments Knowledge of cloud operations, high availability, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and enterprise security controls
Experience
