Job Description Purpose of the role To extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, developing robust decision models, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the departments. Accountabilities Identification and extraction of relevant data from various internal and external sources. Performing sensitivity analysis and scenario planning. Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of existing models. Development and implementation of data quality control procedures. Building and validation of quantitative models to support decision-making across different business areas. To be successful as a "Digital Data Analyst for US Consumer Banking", you should have experience with: Overall purpose of role Drive digital growth for existing customers by leveraging data, analytics, and customer insights to optimize digital experiences across web and mobile channels, increase customer engagement and conversions, and support strategic decision-making through strong partnerships with U.S.-based and cross-functional teams. Key Accountabilities Drive digital product analytics across mobile and web channels to identify opportunities that enhance customer engagement, improve user experience, and drive business outcomes. Measure, analyze, and generate actionable insights on the performance of digital placements and customer journeys across Barclays-owned and partner digital properties. Drive incremental digital sales and conversions for existing customer management programs by recommending and implementing optimization strategies for digital experiences, offers, and placements. Develop and manage end-to-end funnel analytics, partnering with product, marketing, technology, and external partner teams to identify friction points and improve conversion performance. Leverage multiple internal and external data sources to uncover customer insights, inform business strategy, and support data-driven decision making. Partner with U.S.-based and cross-functional teams to align analytics priorities with business objectives and ensure successful execution of digital growth initiatives. Basic/ Essential

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in quantitative or analytical discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Analytics). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities. Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, SAS, AWS, Databricks and Power BI. Proven track record of translating data into actionable insights and business outcomes.

Experience

with digital analytics, clickstream data, customer journey, and funnel analysis. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and partnerships. Desirable skillsets/ good to have: * Good to have experience in US credit card business and P&L drivers. * Good to have knowledge on adobe analytics, google analytics or any related digital analytics.
