Work Flexibility: Onsite As a Commercial Inventory Planning Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time while balancing inventory investment, customer needs, and business priorities. Partnering closely with teams across Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management, you'll analyze inventory trends, uncover opportunities, mitigate risks, and help drive strategic decisions that support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing them through data, and collaborating across functions to improve operational performance and customer experience. This is a fully onsite position based at our Greenwood Village, CO location. Candidates should reside in the area and be available to work on-site daily.
Essential Functions
Monitor finished goods inventory strategies that balance customer service, inventory investment, and supply chain risk Monitor and adjust inventory targets based on demand forecasts, lead times, supplier performance, product lifecycle considerations, and business priorities Monitor inventory health, service levels, backorders, excess and obsolete inventory, and key inventory performance indicators Perform inventory modeling, scenario planning, and risk assessments to support business decision-making Develop reports, dashboards, and analysis that provide actionable insights into inventory performance and opportunities Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives that improve inventory planning processes, data quality, and system capabilities Present inventory recommendations and business insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
Experience
developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Travel up to 10%

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
