What We Offer Competitive compensation Paid time off and company holidays Opportunities to learn and grow within a global healthcare organization Flexible work arrangements aligned with on-site collaboration needs What You’ll Be Doing Design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions for web and mobile applications Collaborate with development teams to define test coverage and integrate automation early in the software development lifecycle Contribute to the design and evolution of automation frameworks and support CI/CD pipeline integration Investigate and troubleshoot test failures by analyzing logs, data layers, and system behavior across environments Participate in code reviews to promote quality standards and best practices in test automation Support and mentor QA team members in adopting automation tools and strategies Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance automation capabilities and efficiency What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience At least 5 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing Proficiency in object-oriented or scripting languages used for test automation Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks Experience working in Agile development and DevOps environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work on-site in Ankara, Turkey and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
