[What the role is] You will be part of a dynamic team driving sustainable building design and green certification, with a focus on integrating passive and active strategies, and environmental resilience into Singapore's built environment. [What you will be working on] Primarily, you will play a key role in evaluating projects against Singapore's Green Mark certification. You will also be instrumental in advancing Singapore's green building agenda while collaborating with stakeholders such as developers, architects, engineers and industry professionals to create healthier, more sustainable buildings. [What we are looking for] A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline). A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in consultancy or design. Strong analytical, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends. Professional certification in green building assessment (e.g., Green Mark AP, LEED AP) or willingness to obtain certification would be an advantage.
