This role is essential to supporting the testing and evaluation of electro-mechanical systems critical to national defense. In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for setting up, executing, and documenting tests in accordance with detailed procedures and customer requirements. Set up and perform testing of electro-mechanical devices following written instructions Record and analyze test data to ensure compliance with customer specifications Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following ESD and FOD procedures Collaborate respectfully and effectively within a close-knit team Operate independently with minimal supervision Occasionally lift heavy equipment (up to 30 lbs) and work overtime when required Level 1 Basic

Primary Level Salary Range: $43,400.00 - $72,300.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $51,400.00 - $85,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
