Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Test Technician (Level 1 or Level 2) to join our dynamic team in Ridgecrest, California. This role is essential to supporting the testing and evaluation of electro-mechanical systems critical to national defense. In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for setting up, executing, and documenting tests in accordance with detailed procedures and customer requirements. The role demands a strong commitment to quality, adherence to ESD and FOD protocols, and the ability to meet production goals in a high-paced manufacturing environment. *This position will be for 2nd shift - 2pm-11:30PM. *- Shift differential pay is available for this position. Responsibilities

Set up and perform testing of electro-mechanical devices following written instructions Record and analyze test data to ensure compliance with customer specifications Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following ESD and FOD procedures Collaborate respectfully and effectively within a close-knit team Operate independently with minimal supervision Occasionally lift heavy equipment (up to 30 lbs) and work overtime when required Level 1 Basic

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant industry experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Able to work overtime as needed Active DoD Secret clearance (in scope within the last 3–5 years) Level 2 Basic

High school diploma or GED with minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with Maintenance Data Collection systems (MES, FMT, CAMS, etc.) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Able to work overtime as needed Active DoD Secret clearance (in scope within the last 3–5 years)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $43,400.00 - $72,300.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $51,400.00 - $85,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
