JOB DESCRIPTION: Four Main Responsibilities: Job Weighting% - Main Responsibilities 50% - Cash Operations, FX operations and Reporting -Fwd contract execution and contract vs actual payment variance analysis -Daily cashflow forecast update and CFST vs actual variance analysis -Monitor cash balance within a reasonable range -Credit facility set up and review -Complete the corporate reportings by due dates 35% - Banking Relation -LOI/approval matrix for payments, loans, other cash transactions -E-banking setup and user management -Respond to audit queries -Annual regulatory report 15% - Other Treasury related Matters: -Bank guarantee and customer guarantee management -Investment transaction etc. -Support tax matter Major Responsibilities/Activities: Execute foreign exchange (FX) forward contracts and perform variance analysis. Prepare statutory and corporate treasury reports in a timely and accurate manner. Review daily cash flow forecasts and manage funding liquidity to support operational requirements. Analyze and explain variances between forecasted (FST) and actual cash positions. Serve as the primary contact for banking partners to ensure smooth and efficient banking operations and services. Monitor regulatory developments, assess their impact, and provide recommendations on implications for Abbott's business. Support the Treasury Manager in bank relationship management, including drafting and finalizing Letters of Instruction (LOIs), arranging bank guarantee issuances, and preparing documentation for investment transactions. Manage monthly e-banking administration, including system setup, user access management, and maintenance of user authorization controls. Prepare monthly and annual treasury reports accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and global corporate reporting standards. REQUIREMENTS: Industry experiences: Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience. Position experiences: Minimum 2 year of experience in an accounting, treasury or finance environment. Language Skills: Fluent wording in Japanese, good writing in English Computer Skills: Good spreadsheet and database skills.
