Job Responsibilities
** * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical products within the designated area. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders. * Promote and detail Piramal Pharma Limited's product portfolio to potential and existing customers. * Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats. * Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively to maximize product visibility and accessibility. * Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management. * Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense statements. * Organize and participate in medical camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and other promotional activities. * Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding accounts effectively. * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Job Qualifications
** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field. * 1-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the assigned territory. * Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
