Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: Operations Finance Manager __ Your role and responsibilities This role is contributing to the ELSP LVS business in Xiamen. You will be mainly accountable for: Follow up Capex with all business functions, include Capex PO trace, GR follow up, Capex estimation monthly... Follow up CAPEX disposal process, cooperate with Facility management dept discard/sale disabled FXA Depreciation comparison between actual with Budget & Forecast by CC, analyze root cause and come up proposal to business Local admin for Fixed Assets parts in iProcess system Prepare yearly FA count documents and lead each function to go through physical counting. Analyze deviations if any and come up with suggestions on FA management. Issue and received debit note and check with supporting documents to ensure accuracy and timely IBH coordinators include payment and receivable, work with business function and bank to make sure monthly IBH cycle excuses smoothly. Bank Acceptance management: issue new BAD or endorsement jointly work together with SCM; BAD received, collection or discount if any. BAD monthly reconciliation…etc. Foreign currency related activities due to government policy and restrictions. Example: trade and non-trade foreign currency payment documentation and reporting Monthly review and clear BS open items, such as follow up outstanding items of all banks, GRIR, APDP clear… ABACUS report and quarterly disclosure package for the BAD, ATPF, related party. Support prepare AP related documents or bank related documents required by KPMG audit or tax audit or supplier audit required by customer. Support on the financial documents filling Issue the VAT invoice, such as material scrap income, debit note …etc. Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree (major in accounting or finance). 3+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing company, with rich experience in accounting and reporting. Working knowledge of SAP Be fluent in written English. Familiar with MS Excel is must and power BI will be better.
