Work Flexibility: Onsite About the Role Join a team that supports the reliability, performance, and availability of equipment used in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, support equipment troubleshooting, and work with suppliers to ensure operational needs are met. This position offers a combination of technical, analytical, and operational responsibilities while partnering with maintenance and engineering teams. What You Will Do Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for assigned equipment and track completion against established maintenance plans. Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform technical evaluations, and document findings to support root cause investigations. Recommend and implement corrective actions based on technical assessments, equipment history, and maintenance data. Monitor spare parts inventory levels, maintain inventory accuracy, and execute replenishment activities to support equipment uptime. Purchase spare parts and track orders to ensure timely availability for maintenance and operational requirements. Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotations, review technical specifications, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve supply-related issues. Maintain technical reports, maintenance records, equipment documentation, and purchasing records in compliance with established procedures. Provide maintenance technicians and engineers with technical information, equipment history, and maintenance performance data to support decision-making. What You Will Need Required
Qualifications
Technical diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, technical services, manufacturing support, or a related technical function. Minimum 3 years of experience troubleshooting industrial, manufacturing, or technical equipment.
Experience
managing spare parts inventory, stock control activities, and purchase requisitions.
Experience
coordinating preventive maintenance programs and maintenance schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Experience
coordinating supplier relationships and spare parts procurement processes. Intermediate English proficiency for reviewing technical documentation and collaborating with global teams. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
