- Production Lead – Injection Molding (2nd Shift)

- Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Lead the Team. Solve the Problems. Keep Production Running. We're looking for a hands-on Production Lead who enjoys leading people just as much as solving technical manufacturing challenges. In this role, you'll provide daily leadership to the production team while remaining actively involved on the floor. You'll respond to machine and process issues, support mold and equipment setups, troubleshoot production concerns, and help ensure safety, quality, and production goals are achieved. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with injection molding experience who enjoys both the technical and leadership sides of manufacturing and wants to play a key role in the success of the shift.

What You Will Do
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to production team members throughout the shift
- Coordinate daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, and production goals
- Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to resolve technical and quality issues
- Maintain communication between shifts and with management to ensure continuity
- Respond to machine alarms, production interruptions, and quality concerns
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of production records and documentation
- Train and mentor employees on processes, procedures, and best practices
- Support performance management, attendance tracking, and employee relations activities
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of injection molding manufacturing experience
- Previous leadership, lead, trainer, or supervisory experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Injection molding experience
- Experience performing mold or equipment setups
- Process troubleshooting experience
- ERP system experience
- Trade school or technical training
