Job description

A highly knowledgeable R2R professional with deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes. Provides strong operational and organizational support, including overseeing daily activities, delegating and reviewing work, and delivering training and technical guidance as needed. Operates with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous team development. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support for R2R operations, including the review and approval of transactions and reports, particularly for complex activities or during transition phases such as handovers and stabilization of newly migrated entities Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead or support initiatives to drive efficiency, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high-quality results Ensure all transactions and reports are compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), relevant accounting standards, and Global Accounting Policies Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve issues; implement corrective action plans, address root causes, and maintain comprehensive issue and error logs Contribute as a key member of the leadership team to the overall management, strategic direction, and continuous development of the R2R Tower, supporting the achievement of its goals and objectives Perform internal control reviews and ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with iPace requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for audit-related requirements and inquiries Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect process enhancements and changes Creating a future worth living.
