Responsibilities

Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and data quality. Support the Sales team with opportunity management, sales administration, and pipeline tracking. Coordinate client-related activities and ensure timely follow-up on requests and actions. Act as a link between internal teams, supporting efficient communication and issue resolution. Maintain client information, documentation, and service-related records. Prepare regular sales and client-related reports, dashboards, and analyses. Support sales forecasting, performance tracking, and process improvements. Assist with CRM enhancements, testing, and provide support to CRM users. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business processes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Client Services, Business Operations, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Experience

with CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, is an advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
