The Accountant, Order to Cash is responsible for proper handling of customer queries as well as on time response to incoming requests. Ensure service level agreements on timeliness and accuracy of postings are met / exceeded. Continuously find ways to drive efficiency and effectiveness by suggesting and implementing process improvements and best practices. Responsibilities: Accurate and timely maintenance of customer and vendor data Issuance of Intercompany and Adhoc Billing Timely bank reconciliation and clearing of incoming payments Proper and timely posting/clearing of customer payments against remittance details Analysis and timely disposition of outstanding receipts posted as ""On Account"" to customer subledger and consistent follow up with Local counterpart for missing remittance details Manages all order requests from creating of Customer contract, sales orders, delivery note and generates billing/invoice Provides support to team members for any query or issue related to their process. Qualifications: Graduate of Finance or Business related bachelor's degree. Typically 3-4 years of professional experience especially in the field of order to cash processes. Team player, hardworker, and pleasing personality.
