Guide rapid prototyping and capability development efforts, translating operational gaps and end‑user needs into tangible solutions through hands‑on systems integration from concept to fielding. Advise and execute on DoD acquisition strategies, serving as a knowledgeable expert on FAR/OTA contract vehicles and applying experience as a COR/AOR overseeing multimillion‑dollar portfolios. Drive lean‑agile project and program management, ensuring mission‑critical initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget through disciplined planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Engage directly with end users, conducting ground‑truth assessments, gathering requirements, and ensuring delivered solutions are operationally relevant, tested under real‑world constraints, and primed for adoption. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
