Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Support Post and maintain job openings on company career sites, job boards, and social media platforms. Review applications and assist with candidate screening and resume evaluation. Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial phone screenings for selected positions. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist with candidate sourcing efforts through online recruiting platforms, employee referrals, and networking activities. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives. Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports on hiring activity and pipeline status. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. New Hire Onboarding & Pre-Employment Support Coordinate onboarding activities from offer acceptance through start date. Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork and onboarding materials. Schedule orientation sessions and onboarding meetings. Coordinate pre-employment requirements. Partner with Human Resources, hiring managers and internal departments to ensure new hires are prepared for their first day. Monitor onboarding completion and follow up on outstanding requirements. Employment Compliance & HR Administration Complete Form I-9 employment eligibility verification and maintain required documentation. Assist with personnel file management and HR recordkeeping. Maintain employee data in HRIS and related systems. Support compliance initiatives and HR audits. Ensure confidentiality of employee and candidate information. Assist with policy acknowledgments and compliance documentation. Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and employee communications as needed. General HR Support Provide administrative support to the HR team. Respond to employee inquiries and direct questions to appropriate HR staff. Support employee engagement programs and company events. Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in HR training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Education
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
1-3 years of administrative, recruiting coordination, customer service, or Human Resources experience preferred. Prior experience supporting recruiting activities is a plus.
Experience
working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-service mindset with a focus on candidate and employee experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience
with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred. Knowledge of employment laws, onboarding processes, and I-9 requirements preferred.
