Job Title Assistant Category Marketing Manager Job Description Your Role We're looking for an Assistant Category Marketing Manager to join our Personal Health business in India. This is a unique opportunity to build hands-on experience in category management while contributing to the growth of some of Philips' most loved consumer brands. Working closely with the Category Marketing Manager, you'll help shape business and marketing strategies, support new product introductions, and bring impactful consumer campaigns to life. If you're passionate about understanding consumers, turning insights into action, and working across functions to deliver business growth, we'd love to hear from you What You'll Do Support Category Growth Partner with the Category Marketing Manager to analyze category performance, identify growth opportunities, and support business plans that drive sustainable revenue and profitability Bring Products to Market Support end-to-end product launches through market assessments, pricing recommendations, competitive benchmarking, portfolio planning, and commercialization activities. Turn Insights into Action Leverage consumer, shopper, and market insights to identify trends, monitor competition, and translate learnings into actionable recommendations. Execute Winning Marketing Campaigns Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, E-commerce, and Retail channels while ensuring consistent brand messaging. Drive Excellence Across Channels Support channel strategies across Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, and emerging retail formats. Champion Local Relevance Collaborate with regional and global teams to adapt global campaigns and innovations for Indian consumers Measure What Matters Track category and campaign performance, prepare business reviews, and generate insights to optimize future decisions You're the Right Fit If Passionate about building brands and understanding consumers. Commercially minded and comfortable working with data. Collaborative and able to work across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, Agencies, and Global teams. Proactive, agile, and eager to learn 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Category Management, Brand Management, or Commercial roles within Consumer Durables, FMCG, Consumer Technology, or E-commerce. MBA from a premier B-School preferred. The Toolkit You Bring Strong analytical and commercial thinking; understanding of ATL, BTL, Digital, and E-commerce marketing; familiarity with category management and portfolio planning; project management skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management; curiosity and agility How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
