JOB DESCRIPTION: 工作职责 渠道和经销商管理 负责经销商日常管理，经销商协议和合同的管理，以及经销商销售数据核对、库存管理等 负责区域医院和零售渠道维护和管理，保证业务的顺利进行 定期拜访客户，协助客户解决问题，监督业务合规开展 业务管理 收集跟进市场动态、政策法规变化等信息 执行业务计划，达成区域各项目标 负责本区域广阔市场及其它创新业务的执行 预判潜在业务风险，并协助处理区域内突发事件等问题，采取措施降低影响 负责区域数据收集与核查 负责区域业务报表的管理 招标管理 协助执行当地的招标工作 协助更新挂网信息，通过商务渠道进一步了解招标信息 跨部门协作 定期与跨部门做好沟通协作工作，信息共享 主动与公司相关部门协作开展工作，提供商务支持 处理零售渠道的商务事务 合规和质量管理 以身作则，传递合规政策和文化 按时参加公司法务及合规培训，遵守法律法规、公司财务、合规等相关规定，确保行为符合法律法规及公司政策的要求 对销售中发现的质量问题，及时报质量部，并协助质量部采取有效的处理措施 收集、上报药品不良反应（或不良事件） 其他职责 加强职业道德教育 熟悉药品产品知识、药品经营管理知识、基本财务知识 岗位相关的其他工作 岗位要求 大学本科及以上，药学、市场营销、工商管理学专业优先 行业经验：至少3年医药行业工作经验 岗位经验：2年以上一线商务、销售经验 电脑能力：办公室相关软件应用，熟练运用Excel和PowerPoint进行数据分析和报告 出差要求：能适应出差 业务洞察和市场敏锐度 经销商管理 跨部门协作 分析解决问题 推动高效执行 The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
