Customer Payments Automation Specialist (f/m/d) About the Role As a Customer Payments Automation Specialist, you will work closely with the Customer payments team to enhance our payment allocation systems. You will be the go-to expert for our automation tools, ensuring they are configured for maximum benefit and compliance. What You Will Do Become the expert for assigned systems and tools, implementing and configuring them for maximum benefit. Participate in ensuring payments are correctly allocated to the appropriate customer accounts. Maintain quality in payment allocation automation processes. Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures, guidelines, and laws. Support issues related to automation. Measure, analyze, and follow up on KPIs, proposing corrective actions as needed. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions for tools and processes. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in projects and process reference groups, deploying innovative technologies and ways of working. Work with other teams to ensure actions related to automated systems align with global processes. Create communication materials for stakeholders and provide training support. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in relevant areas such as Accounting, Payment Allocation, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or IT systems automation. Experience with Power Automate is a plus. SAP knowledge. Advanced Excel skills. You adapt easily to new systems and methods. You are a strong team player with proven collaboration skills. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to train team members effectively and foster automation topics within the team. You are proactive in suggesting innovative solutions and identifying improvements. You are flexible and adaptable, able to manage unexpected issues efficiently Fluency in English.
