Responsibilities

Prepare food items by rinsing, peeling, slicing, dicing, weighing, and measuring ingredients Follow standardized recipes to prepare and portion menu items accurately Wrap, label, and properly store food items according to safety guidelines Maintain appropriate food temperatures and portion control standards Serve customers in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner Provide information regarding menu items, ingredients, and availability Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and service stations Monitor and escalate customer concerns or issues to management as needed Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and service standards Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of food service operations, including line setup and temperature control Knowledge of food preparation techniques, presentation, and quality standards Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with accuracy Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and kitchen tools Ability to lift and handle heavy items as needed Basic understanding of inventory control and supply management Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Experience

experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of role 2-3 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control. - Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions. - Ability to read and write. - Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. - Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies. - Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects. - Knowledge of food service lines set-up and temperature requirements. - Skill in cooking and preparing a variety of foods. - Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards.
