The Role We’re looking for a positive, people‑focused Customer Service Advisor to join our London Depot team. This is a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role where you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and friendly experience for everyone who gets in touch. As the first point of contact, you’ll bring confidence, enthusiasm and a solutions‑driven mindset to every interaction, helping customers feel supported from order through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Be the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries in a friendly, professional and engaging way. Process customer orders and repeat orders accurately, keeping things running smoothly and meeting service expectations. Support with customer complaints and returns, working proactively with internal teams to find positive resolutions. Respond to questions about deliveries, orders and account details, keeping customers informed and reassured. Spot opportunities to improve how we work and share ideas that enhance the customer experience. Keep records up to date, complete reports and support with general administrative tasks.
