The Opportunity This position works out of our Mexico City location in the Pharmaceutical Division. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory. As Senior Strategic Project Management, you’ll be responsible for manage, coordinate and align change associated to Ms&T strategic projects such as the introduction of new business (new products, new technologies, new processes) to achieve shorter time to market with minimum disruption to plant operations and minimum impact on costs. What You’ll Do: Manage strategic products as introduction of as altern sources, new products, processes or technologies to reduce time to market and costs. Prepare designs and work specifications; develop schedules, budgets and forecasts; select materials, equipment, project staff, and contractors Estimate costs, resources, and time required to complete Monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure targets are met Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team in alignment with Abbott, Division, Country and Plant strategy Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing projects in big pharmaceutical companies Other qualifications/certifications: Project management, financial skills, pharmaceutical production, quality system management English fluency Apply Now Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
