Present clear, data-driven justifications for selected solutions, highlighting benefits such as scalability, integration capability, user experience, and ROI. Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops to gather input and ensure consensus on solution adoption. Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and solution blueprints to ensure clarity and continuity across teams.

Requirements

Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement effectively. Strong documentation skills to develop clear process flows, project plans, and solution blueprints ensuring transparency and continuity. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems, including MES, LIMS, and SAP, to align digital solutions with operational workflows. Preferred Experience/Education/Skills: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline. Over 5 years of experience participating in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects Successfully led more than 1 projects from initiation to completion. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira for tracking, planning, and coordinating project activities. Strong ability to analyze business and operational processes to design scalable, data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and process-related issues.

Experience

on software development and scripting skills with languages and frameworks such as C#, Angular, and NestJS is a must.
