Responsibilities

Maintains safety equipment (e.g., First aid kits, fire extinguishers) & Manages general facilities area (e.g. water dispenser/lockers). Notify Site Manager immediately of any safety and environmental related issues which put at risk the company objectives, requirements and policies. Organizes and stores administrative inventory, manages stock levels, and conducts regular audits. Engaged in miscellaneous procurement and liaison with Finance. Generates Production Daily/Weely Report Assists new hires on boarding Manages Employee Attendance Records Perform tasks and other duties including manual tasks as required and/or as directed by Site Manager Other duties as assigned. Job Level Specifications: Acquired and applies working knowledge of the organization, job, practices and procedures to be proficient in all aspects of job. Performs functions semi-routine in nature and recognizes the need for occasional alternative solutions. Work is performed independently, with minimal supervision. Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work. Collaboration with other departments or teams may be required to perform role. May frequently respond to requests from others, internally or externally. Impact of decisions may affect the department. Errors may result in loss of time, resources and/or customer satisfaction. Education

and Certification(s): High School Diploma or equivalent Work location in Changi South. 5 day work week.
