Overview: Evaluate and determine the credit risks of commercial clients through detailed financial statement analysis, Industry assessment, collateral valuation, cash flow analysis and the ability to repay annual debt service. Responsibilities

Responsible for the proper calculation of cash flows and loan loss reserves for the legacy loan portfolios by reviewing all pertinent credit and financial information. Assist in the estimation of the Lifetime Loss on the Commercial Loan portfolio. Maintain a general knowledge of accounting pronouncements and the effect on Bank credits, with a specific focus on the Loan Loss Reserve and Troubled Debt Restructures. Coordination of data and processes in support of both Internal and external reporting requirements to Finance, Credit Senior Management, Regulatory reviews, etc. Assist in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements of the department. Participate in various Departmental projects. Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
