Job Description The Team Leader, Global Analytics & Insights – IT plays a critical leadership role within the Global Analytics Finance organization, managing a team of Financial Analysts to support the Information Technology function. The mission of Global Analytics and Insights is to equip functional partners with timely, applicable insights to manage performance, support decision‑making, and drive. This role is accountable for standard reporting, causals, forecasting, and financial analysis for the IT organization. The Team Leader acts as a change leader, advancing the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities through new technologies. This transformation has a strong emphasis on embedding AI to enhance efficiency, consistency, and insight quality. It is supported by standardized processes and centralized operating models. Your
Responsibilities
· Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across all key IT financial performance metrics · Lead the quarterly forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes for the IT organization · Provide ad hoc financial insights to support decision‑making for the CIO, IT leadership team, and Senior Finance Manager, IT · Champion automation, simplification, and standardization programs to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality; with an emphasis on integrating AI technologies to accelerate efficiency, consistency, and insight quality. · Partner with other Global Analytics and Insights teams to guide consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement in global finance processes · Support team development through training initiatives that build FP&A capabilities, AI and digital proficiency, and enterprise systems expertise · Provide leadership and oversight to ensure strong internal controls, compliance with financial policies, governance practices The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor degree in finance , accounting or related The Preferred - You Might Also Have: · Minimum of five years' experience in Accounting or Finance (FP&A preferred) · · Proven partner: results-oriented, resourceful, service-driven professional · Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels. · Process improvement focus and proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn the business · Demonstrate ability to interpret financial results and develop key takeaways and insights · Ability to work effectively across time zones, businesses, and functions to resolve issues · Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines Working knowledge of SAP, EPM or other financial systems
