Senior HR Manager, AP Manufacturing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Sr. Manager HR, Manufacturing AP is the strategic partner to the Director HR, Mfg & SC AP helping shape and drive the people agenda across our 7 manufacturing locations in Asia Pacific. The role work closely with Manufacturing Leaders and Plant HR Managers to build organizational capability, strengthen employee and industrial relations, and ensure consistent execution of the region's people agenda. Success in this role is measured by a clear and consistently executed people agenda, stronger and more capable Plant HR leaders across the region, and ultimately, a high-performing Manufacturing organization in Asia Pacific. 1. Partner to the Director HR, Manufacturing and Supply Chain AP Act as the strategic partner to the Director HR, Mfg & SC AP in shaping the people agenda for Manufacturing across Asia Pacific. Anticipate emerging people and organization challenges, bringing forward recommendations and practical solutions. Establish governance, milestones and success measures to ensure regional priorities are delivered. 2. Drive Regional HR Excellence Partner closely with Plant HR Managers to consistently deliver the regional people agenda across all manufacturing sites. Share best practices, simplify ways of working and build consistency across the region while respecting local business needs. Foster collaboration across Plant HR teams, Centres' of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions. 3. Build High-Performing Organizations Partner with manufacturing leaders & Plant HR Managers on organization design, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives. Drive leadership development, succession planning and critical talent decisions across the region. Strengthen employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and the overall associate experience. 4. Guide Employee Relations, Compliance & Workforce Governance Support Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) strategy, preparation, negotiations and implementation across relevant sites. Provide guidance on workforce governance, ethics, compliance and organizational risk to ensure sound and consistent people decisions. Support workforce productivity and cost management initiatives while maintaining a positive employee experience and strong employee relations. 5. Lead Transformation & Deliver Results Coordinate execution across plants, functions and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic priorities. Use data, insights and governance to monitor progress, identify risks early and drive timely interventions. Champion continuous improvement, simplification and innovation to strengthen the impact of HR across Manufacturing. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & CAPABILITIES * Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Operations, with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions. * Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills, building trusted partnerships, developing Plant HR Managers and influencing leaders at all organizational levels. * Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrixed, multicultural environments, aligning stakeholders and balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution. * Strong business judgment with working knowledge of employee and industrial relations, organization design, workforce governance, compliance and ethics. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline. * 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering within Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Operations. * Demonstrated success partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Operations leaders at plant, cluster or regional level, with exposure to Asia Pacific preferred. * Experience leading talent, organization and change initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.
