About this role: The HR GPS Specialist is the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners, delivering exceptional HR support and service across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing employee inquiries, processing HR transactions, maintaining employee data, and ensuring the timely resolution of cases while adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs). The position plays a critical role in delivering a positive employee experience through accurate, efficient, and customer-focused HR service delivery. The HR Shared Services Representative partners with internal stakeholders to support HR processes, maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
Process employee lifecycle transactions including Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure data integrity. Validate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support audits and data quality reviews as required. Utilize HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms to process transactions and manage employee records. Track and manage cases through ServiceNow or other case management solutions. Monitor workload queues and prioritize requests to meet established service levels. Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting. Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements. Follow standardized processes and controls to mitigate operational risk. Support compliance monitoring and audit activities. Required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, or HR Operations Minimum 1 years of experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS platforms). Minimum 1 years of experience managing employee inquiries, case management, or HR service delivery processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
supporting HR transactions across multiple HR disciplines, such as benefits, payroll, employee data management, onboarding, or workforce administration. Knowledge of U.S. HR policies, employment practices, and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience
working in a shared services environment supporting a large employee population.
Experience
using Workday and ServiceNow case management tools. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Demonstrated ability to meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
Experience
participating in process improvement, standardization, or operational excellence initiatives. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
