Currently we are looking for exceptional FP&A Financial Analyst to join our team in Lodz, Poland. Role Purpose The successful candidate will assist in delivering key FP&A processes for the Finance Operations organization. The FP&A Financial Analyst will carry out and enhance budgeting processes, and provide insightful analysis and commentary on variance analysis, as well as identify risks and opportunities within Finance Operations. Additionally, the successful candidate will support workflow and reconciliation, of the reporting systems. Core responsibilities: Develop and maintain an effective month-end reporting process Provide analysis and oversight of Company’s manufacturing process performance Participate in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Prepare management presentations and management packs Builds financial databases by identifying sources of information; assemble, verify, and back up data. Improve and simplify FP&A processes Provide decision support on short, medium and long term issues through the use of data, sensitivity analysis and analytics. Work collaboratively with senior management to ensure an accurate representation of businesses performance is communicated. Dealing with varied FP&A requests and manufacturing performance analysis Continuous improvements to systems and processes in place to ensure best practice, optimum effectiveness and efficiency Liaison with customers both internal and external
Requirements
University degree in Finance and/or Accounting and/or Finance and/or Accounting Course Min. 2 years in in Accounting and/or Finance roles, especially Plant Finance Accounting
Experience
with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis is beneficial Fluent English is a must Knowledge of SAP (is a must) & EPM systems (would be an asset)
Experience
