This position will be based in Annapolis, MD, reporting to the RSLP engineering director. The position will also support teams across 3 other sites in Floridia, Mississippi, and Pennsylvania supporting approximately 100 total employees.
Responsibilities
to include, but not limited to: Provides direct support to multiple leaders and individual contributors. Performs office functions, including (but not limited to): setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; maintaining supplies; managing Outlook calendars; and receiving, referring or answering mail. Makes travel arrangements for international and domestic travel, prepares expense reports and maintains pertinent travel documentation. Facilitates program meetings (all hands, lunch and learns, and customer visits). Collaborates with administrative professionals in related organizations, as appropriate. Assists in maintaining organizations collaboration sites and activities. Assists events and activities of major organization initiatives Support onboarding activities for new hires including but not limited to seating arrangement, ordering of IT hardware, interfacing with HR and Talent Acquisition and management of pre-employment forms Basic
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience. Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills with proven success in organizing, prioritizing, and completing assigned responsibilities. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to manage multiple calendars, create and edit documents. Proactive, highly motivated and adaptable, with excellent organizational skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks, changing needs, and competing priorities across a geographically dispersed team. Ability to work on site full time in Annapolis, MD
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate degree.
Experience
and proficiency with Concur (or similar) travel and expense reporting system.
Experience
with Confluence.
Experience
coordinating meetings and/or events.
Experience
in supporting a large program team within an organization. Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish the project result Able to perform work in approved environment during specific work hours Primary Level Salary Range: $63,500.00 - $105,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
