Fund Administration & Oversight Lead Analyst

About the Department: Clarion Partners’ Fund Accounting and Finance team manages accounting, reporting, audits, compliance, and investor support across a diverse portfolio of real estate investments, joint ventures, and fund structures. The team works closely with asset management, portfolio management, corporate finance, and external service providers to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Joining the team offers exposure to multiple asset classes, complex investment structures, and opportunities to contribute to the growth of a scalable global fund accounting platform. How You Will Add Value? • You will review property financial statements and explain key variances. • You will maintain investment accounting and portfolio consolidation activities. • You will record acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and valuation adjustments. • You will monitor cash forecasts, funding requirements, and distributions. • You will calculate portfolio returns, assets under management, and fees. • You will prepare quarterly investor statements and fee reports. • You will coordinate accounting system setup and reporting requests. • You will support audits, tax reporting, compliance, and special projects. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? Experience,
Education
& Certifications: 2–5 years of accounting, finance, or audit experience. Real estate accounting experience preferred. Public accounting audit experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CA-India, CMA-India, or ACCA qualification required. Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience
with MRI or similar accounting systems preferred. Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and portfolio accounting. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
