Job title: Business Support Administrator Location: Brimsdown, UK At Johnson Matthey, your work will matter. As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history. Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future. The role: As a Business Support Administrator, you will help drive our goals by: • Managing purchase requests and purchase orders, supporting the timely procurement of goods and services. • Maintaining accurate time, attendance, overtime, holiday and absence records. • Coordinating training activities, occupational health appointments and travel arrangements. • Supporting invoice tracking, supplier payments and expense administration. • Preparing documentation, communications and meeting arrangements. • Assisting with office administration, visitor coordination and KPI reporting. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and enterprise systems. • Excellent attention to detail and record keeping. • Ability to build effective working relationships. • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
