The expected salary for this position: 9 600 - 16 000 PLN The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations. We are looking for you, if you: have ability to resolve issues on Workday HCM, have experience in providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements and performing system design and configuration, have ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects, actively seek for improvements & innovations, have ability to pay strong attention to detail, have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients, have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken). You'll get extra points for: Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification (preferable in HCM), you have experience in participating in Workday delivery & support with a focus on Workday HCM, experience in optimising Workday HCM processes, Workday Reporting experience, HR functional experience, cross Functional Knowledge with other modules of Workday. Your responsibilities: develop skills to become a subject matter expert in Workday HCM and to be involved in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives, perform Workday administrative functions relating to Workday HCM, manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment, provide end-user support, change management and issue resolution. Information about the Team: As a Workday Engineer within the HCM Squad, you play a key role in designing, building, and continuously enhancing HR technology solutions that support the employee lifecycle and drive business value. Within ING’s Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM), you will work in a cross-functional squad, collaborating closely with Employee Journey Experts, Product Managers, Architects, and fellow Engineers to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-centric Workday solutions. This is a technology-focused role that combines Workday expertise, problem-solving, and product development. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation—translating employee and business needs into effective Workday configurations, integrations, and enhancements. By leveraging your technical skills and understanding of HR processes, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of digital HR products that create meaningful experiences for employees and managers.
